Zoom L20 issues - Fixed

I use several mixers. Recently the Zoom L20 stopped working with my Windows 10 system. The Zoom L8 works fine with the Windows 10 and a Windows 11 laptop. I stopped trying to get the interface to work with the Windows 10 machine and just added stereo feeds between the L8 and the L20 so I could send audio both ways. Not a great setup but at least it worked.

Recently I started to try other things. To see what was working I used FLStudio and the Asio4all driver. I was able to get FLStudio to work with the L20 but the Windows audio such as media player still did not work.

For windows apps that use the default audio input and output such as Chrome, Media Player, I configured the L20 to use 4 channels 24bit. It was set to 4 channels 16bit. The 16bit settings do not seem to work anymore. To get to the settings you can right click on the speaker icon and select "Open Sound Settings". Select "Device Properties", "Aditional Device Properties" and then select the Advanced tab. The exact sequence to get here depends on the version of Windows.
